This game is not perfect. That comes with being a solo dev like Lake Feperd who can only bring so much man power to a project of such a massive scale. It's because of it's imperfections that I find this game really authentic.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like the concept of things like the story mode, but the way they're done feels like Early Access. There's just a general lack of care and polish in a lot of the game outside of the racing, and even in the racing the design isn't great. The handling model is very, very odd and doesn't seem...
Great Fzero like with an actual story??? great soundtrack and the racing is sublime its just the things during the "wating period" up till the races that sometimes drag on abit too long. wish more people gave this a chance!
On one hand, the story can get kinda messy at points, and it's got some bizarre glitches surrounding unlock conditions.
But on the other hand, this is a CAPTIVATING racing game to play, with a superb soundtrack, an overall engaging story with a pretty good cast of characters (though some definitely shine better than others), and some fun beat-em-up...

XF Extreme Formula is hands down best Indie F-Zero video game that honors F-Zero GX legacy so damn well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
