Trigonarium is a hardcore twin-stick shooter for fans of challenging arcade gaming. Fight your way through multitudes of enemy formations in constantly shifting battle arenas to face the colossal level bosses.
I suck at shmups, but I had to play Trigonarium -and Sektori after that. Love the visuals and overall simplicity of this one. An arcade banger hidden gem on Steam for sure!
To me this is basically the "better version of" Sektori, despite being its prequel. Everything Sektori does well this game already did well, without the noise the sequel introduces. It also kind-of demonstrates both games really could use a few more iterations on their respective designs.
The main novelty is the every changing map, which works smoothly...
