Reception

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session! is a fun and addicting game with an enormous track list that guarantees players plenty of musical variety. While it may lack the extra gameplay modes found in similar titles on other consoles, being able to customize your avatar and play in online matches is a pure delight on its own. It’s great to have the Taiko series...

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session! hits all the right notes. And, with character customization and a competitive mode, is an excellent addition to the series.

Despite the lack of a physical Taiko drum controller, Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session is a great game for rhythm fans. No matter what way you choose to buy, though, both are great and make for an excellent musical addition to your game collection.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum Session is Bandai Namco's latest bet, that after over twelve years, brings the series back to the West, introducing to a new generation of players a fun, colorful and very traditional franchise.
