This game has absolutely TERRIBLE customer support. They give copy/paste generic responses and refuse to actually read the problem you are having ... even if spent a lot on the game. Stay away from this soullless company.
It’s a solid 7.5/10. treat it as a casual marathon, not a sprint. if you accept that you will never catch up to the top 1% without spending money, it’s one of the best and most stable background gacha games on the market.
