Snacktorio is a factory-cooking simulator where you must satisfy the appetites of unspeakable horrors... with food! Build and manage sprawling networks of machines & pipes to mass produce delicious meals that can satiate the endless hunger of the beasts that are invading your home. Order Up!
More challenging than it is fun. The art is cute, the music is nice. I really wanted to love it. But as of this point (end of 2nd world, and I've done all the challenges and stars), it's quickly become a grind. You spend more time walking the map, and rearranging furnaces so you don't box yourself in, than you do making the food and serving monsters.
5/10...
I was a little surprised at how addicted I got to this game. Consider this game more of a puzzle game with automation mechanics to it, which I learned I enjoy a lot.
One of my favorite factory building games.
It hits a sweet spot for me, where there's still a ton of optimization and planning to care about but focused in a way that a lot of factory builders are not.
You're here to feed the monsters and your beautiful machine can be efficient or not - you can make a hyper-compact, tileable, perfect resource usage...

Been having a blast! Highly recommend, if any of it sounds interesting give the demo a whirl and if you like what you see there, the game itself delivers even more :) Basically a factory game, but with levels and puzzles. The one negative review that's been posted is relevant only to the first world -- things definitely ramp up in terms of 'thinking'...
