rFactor 2 is a realistic, easily extendable racing simulation that offers the latest in vehicle and race customization, great graphics, outstanding multiplayer and the height of racing realism. I buy the game, install the game, open the game, try to configure my controls for the game, I find out that the game has no base content (cars and tracks). I have to either download mods or buy extra DLC. I don't appreciate such worthless excuse for video games, I expected so much better after putting in so much time in rFactor 1.

On sale this game is an <insane> value. For something like 5 bucks you get a fully featured driving sim that is on par with Assetto Corsa (which is also an insane value).
