Take the helm as a new Station Commander and exploit an alien star system in this stunning space-station factory automation game. Amass resources and construct starships using increasingly advanced manufacturing and expand your station in a hostile universe!
This game is nice, clean, simple and clearly made with love. The graphics are pleasant too.
And I did not expect to see Sunless Skies influences... the devs clearly love games and play a lot, it's certainly not one of 100 factory-building cashgrabs that are popping up on Steam lately, each uglier than the first.
That being said, it's rather basic. It's...
The first part of the game is fine, but you start to feel it in the second half things start to fall apart. First you keeping hitting these intentional stalls where even when you have hit resource caps it still takes hours to produce enough resources to build the ships for the milestone. You start hitting the blueprint size cap and then the link length...
Outworld Station is a chill, space factory builder where you explore and exploit a variety of planetoids, build massive factories in their orbit and take on aggressive aliens and environments. With both solo and multiplayer options, you can play your way.
The Good:
Outworld Station at its core is an automation game, and for the most part carries itself...
Generally positive.
Decent controls, good graphics, interesting setting.
But, it has the same problem as all other factory type games: There comes a point when it's too much work to achieve the next level of components and gear.
Each tier requires exponentially more resources, more factories, and more solar plants and reactors to make it work.
Meaning...
look, its pretty standard fare as far as space factories like final factory and stuff, but extremely unstable and bug reporting does not work.
In response to the request. I will clarify what I mean as unstable. When playing the tau system stuff at around level 6 the game was crashing every 15 to 30 minutes. Then when I go to report the bug it does not...
