Played over thousand hours. Just to find that all that I had built / traded was gone. All the people that I had meet in game were gone, fleet has been thrown to the wind.
Have uninstalled the game and saved my HD 4.4 Gb.
Was a good game but I don't have enthusiasm to spend another thousand hours with the potential of them doing it all over again.
I bought Naval Action in November 2018 and have put nearly 4,000 hours into it. I have played through wipes, nation changes, clan wars, port battles, trading, crafting and several major versions of the game. After all that time, I can honestly say there is still nothing else quite like it.
Naval Action has the best Age of Sail combat I have ever played....
Naval Action still has beautiful ships and satisfying broadsides. What’s gone is the freedom to use them. Gunpowder and cannonballs are consumables now, so every fight starts with a shopping list. You grind, haul, and craft just to pull the trigger then often spend more than the battle pays back. New players wait hours to fire a gun. a first rate drink...
Not playing for 100 hours just to make enough to buy gunpowder. I loved this game before the update but now it has been absolutely trashed by the developers. What a shame.
