The idea of running your own internet cafe is fun, but the execution is rough in almost every way. Bugs, awkward controls, and inconsistent mechanics constantly get in the way of what could have been an enjoyable management game. It has a few entertaining moments, but they're buried under too much jank and frustration.
The kind of game you buy to scratch an itch but rather than an enjoyable experience you get either a lobotomy or a root canal. To be fair I have no idea how I got this game, but I wouldn't suggest paying money for it. Free would have been too expensive.
