The game is seriously fun UNTIL you reach ascension 2. As others have already said, the game heavily relies on RNG, there's very few ways and options to manage your deck. Not to mention the fact the RNG is literally playing AGAINST you, you get good starting cards doesn't matter, you get lots of rat? you're not getting snake, you get lot's of lamb?...
There's a surprising amount of depth and replayability for how much you're NOT spending to get this game, even at full price. I'm still trying to push through the Act 2 boss and I'm already quite happy with having picked this game up.
Stubled on this game when some streamer briefly played it. Enjoyed hell of this game. Completed Asc X without a blessing. I think I loved this game so much because I haven't looked into any screenshots or vids, If you know what works before hand you will be tunnelvisioned into specific cards and be annoyed when you will not get them. Ofc some lines...
A fantastic gaming experience and it's a dollar?! This game is BRUTAL but that makes its so much more rewarding when you succeed. Would highly recommend. I've played four hours so far but it feels like an eternity. If you're on the fence, I'd go for it, if you don't enjoy it, you lost less than the cost of a cup of ice.
