Overview
Festival of Legends is Hearthstone's 23rd expansion, featuring new 145 collectible cards released on April 11, 2023. The expansion takes place in the Thousand Needles, where E.T.C., Band Manager is gathering the greatest musicians from all over Azeroth to put on the biggest music festival in history. Festival of Legends introduces 2 new keywords: Finale, which allows cards to have bonus effects if playing them spends the rest of your mana, and Overheal, a new class-specific evergreen keyword for priests that allows minions to trigger special effects if they're healed above their max health.
Reception
A guessed, imaginative and coherent expansion, capable of kicking off Phase 1 of the Year of the Wolf with the right rhythm between well-known top decks, tantalizing new entries and solid archetypes.
