Girls' Frontline is a moe anthropomorphism game in which the player controls of android characters, known in-game as "T-Dolls" or "Tactical Dolls", each of which represents a real-world firearm. The player plays as a newly recruited commander of an area who commands the T-Dolls in battle, and organises the echelons as well as the T-Dolls' wellbeing. The resource gathering and progression are surprisingly intuitive, and I've never felt like I needed to constantly throw money at the game just to keep progressing. Obviously, it's still a gacha game, and all the usual gacha mechanics are here, but compared to a lot of other games in the genre, I've...

It's got guns.
It's got girls.
It's got a plot that puts the depression into you further in.

It's a gatcha, but got-damn, it got my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ heart strings and my wallet.

I have a quabillion hours in this game on the mobile client and played it for what, 8 years? The gameplay is... okay, I mean this is a mobile tactics game that didn't do much in the way of innovating for a very long time. Logged in for the first time in a while and found out you can just P2W your way past the early game story combat missions so you...
