I want to like this game - its unique it has great ideas the game play is fun but after a year and it still no where near where it needs to be.
The fights are not well balanced which is sad considering the small squad size . Never been a fan of 3 man squad games personally so that part of the issue, I prefer at least 4 preferably 5 in tactics games...
Awesome! Game of the Year for me.
I love that I do not have pay learn a quazillion of skills. There are only a couple of weapons and gears. The mechanics are easy to learn. You do not need to watch a 100 hour youtube guide to be able to play. The game will explain you everything. But the tactical variety is infinite.

The fight-related game design is perfect. It takes Xcom formula and improves it many times over. All with the slow-mos, reflex cover relocations (and sharing the same reflex resource with overwatch), the fact that you can actually shoot, manually (in slow-mo too, as enemies relocate in panic), etc.

Great game - I like the reaction shots and movement. The fights are fun, the story is above average. With 50% at the moment this is good entertainment for the price. But tbh I rather play soldiers or hero like characters...
Very very good game.
I just completed it. Not too short, not too long (and could easily do another play or higher difficulty if you want more).
Very interesting ability to acquire which really change how you play the fight.
And next run, I may try to use the other abilities that I mostly ignore.
