I finished this in just over 3 hours. At least an hour of that I was running around trying to figure out where to go at one particular point, mostly my own fault, but partly because of a somewhat sadistic jump you are expected to make in between laser beams. After many tries, I assumed I needed a dash or some other power-up to make the jump and quit...
This is a narrowly positive rec.
It's minimalist in the style of Trash Quest. Like that game, some of the platforming borders on precision platforming.
The music loop gets repetitive.
I put it down before finishing but it sounds like it is 3 hours long.
I felt pretty take it or leave it with this game, it's competent and cheap though.
Not bad, although I liked the devs other neon wireframe games better. This one seemed a lot harder too.
for 2.4 bucks definitly worth it definitly isnt the best of the best but around a 6/10 as the weapons you aquire actually synergize with what you have to do to unlock the next areas while also helping you with very difficult enemies
Just like the other two Zolstar games, this one hits the spot. You can finish it in one sitting and it feels satisfying.
